Natalie is a distinguished child and youth development specialist with over 20 years of experience in social services, education support, trauma-informed practice, and national policy development in Trinidad and Tobago.

Dr. Dannielle Nicholson-Baker

Vice-Chairperson

Dr. Dannielle is a Registered Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Public Health Nurse with experience in mental health, addictions, crisis intervention, and community-based care, bringing a strong wellness-centered perspective to MOBAK's leadership.

Dr. Merle is an accomplished educator and youth development leader whose career spans more than four decades across Trinidad and Tobago, the United Kingdom, and Jamaica. She continues to shape MOBAK through her lifelong commitment to education, service, and youth empowerment.

Mr. Mobafa Baker

Executive Director

Mobafa Baker is a social service executive with more than 23 years of experience in child protection, youth development, and organizational leadership across Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Canada. His expertise in youth transitions, homelessness, system reform, and programme design strengthens MOBAK Foundation’s impact and long-term vision.

Mr. Osazé Moraldo-Bowen

Osazé is a finance and economic development professional with expertise in banking, portfolio management, and financial strategy. He strengthens MOBAK's financial stewardship, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

Mr. Clyde Baker

Clyde is a seasoned corporate leader and governance specialist with more than 40 years of experience across the corporate and nonprofit sectors. His expertise in governance, finance, and transitional services provides strong strategic oversight for the Foundation.

Kyle is an experienced HR, operations, and administration professional with a background across healthcare, finance, hospitality, and community development. He supports MOBAK in building strong people systems and an effective organizational culture.

Dr. Moriba is a higher education leader, policy researcher, and organizational strategist with extensive experience in academic governance and strategic planning across Canada, the Caribbean, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Justin is a Civil Engineer with more than a decade of experience in construction, infrastructure development, and project management. He helps guide the development of safe, functional, and youth-centered physical spaces for MOBAK.
